Margot is a Boca Raton Native and, alongside her husband Alex, has built a Top 15 Compass Florida team, The Platt Group. The Duo has a refreshing approach to residential real estate in Boca Raton & Delray Beach. Margot is highly responsive and detail orientated with a reputation for having white glove customer service & treating her clients like family.  In the past 3 years, The Platt Group, has produced $400MM in sales. The Platt Group handles all price points.

Before joining Compass, Margot worked in Corporate America with a successful 10 year career in Operations, managing teams, scaling internal ops & overseeing high level projects. She went on to receive her Masters of International Business Administration at Lynn University before deciding to switch careers into real estate. She has earned a reputation as an expert in the local market, with an in-depth understanding of the factors that drive real estate prices and trends. Her clients appreciate her honesty, integrity, and tireless work ethic, and many of them have become repeat customers and lifelong friends. She has found success in personally flipping and investing in properties and creating a strong network of trustworthy service providers within the community.

Having grown up in South Florida and as a current Boca Raton resident, Margot enjoys her time off with her husband Alex, two kids, and golden doodle. Despite her busy schedule & demanding career, Margot always makes time to enjoy all that South Florida has to offer with her friends and family.
