Boca Raton is about to become home to another GL Homes premier community! With the construction of the developer's most recent subdivision set to begin in late March/early April 2022, Lotus Palm is sure to be a popular neighborhood for those looking to build.
New information about the luxury neighborhood has been slowly released by the builder and has been piquing buyers' interest. While some things remain unknown, below is a snapshot of information that has been made available.
What to Expect from Lotus Palm Real Estate
Though prices and exact numbers are still to be released, the following is a glimpse at what interested buyers can expect from Lotus Palm real estate:
- There will be roughly 525 homesites available upon completion of Lotus Palm
- Buyers can choose from two exceptional collections - Fiji with lot sizes of 50 x 135 and Bali with lot sizes of 62 x 128.
- Floorplans will be similar to those in other Lotus communities, however, buyers can expect many improvements as well as the introduction of three more options.
- Without factoring in lot premiums and optional upgrades, prices are set to fall between 1.5 and 2.5 million.
It is expected that sales will be offered via a lottery system where all interested buyers must be pre-approved to enter.

Not accounting for the attached garage, Santo Grande will boast 3,100 square feet (with garage - 4,122 square feet). Each bedroom in the home will have its own attached full bath and large, walk-in closet.
Sumatra Grand (Bali Collection)
Sumatra Grand is a two-story home option that offers 5 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, a club room or 6th bedroom option, and a loft/media room. Including the attached 3 car garage, Sumatra Grand will feature 4,122 square feet - 3,100 square feet under air.
Bermuda (Fiji Collection)
The Bermuda model features 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms across a one-story home. There is a den/4th bedroom option as well as an attached 3-car garage. Under air, Bermuda will offer approximately 2,573 square feet - 3,561 total square feet. All bedrooms will enjoy their own private bathrooms as well as a walk-in closet.
Including these new additions, the Bali Collection will have a total of 6 floor plans to choose from, whereas the Fiji Collection will showcase 8 options.
